About Hadas Stagman

Overview

Attorney, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator & Circuit Court Mediator, Vice Chair of the Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee.

South Florida Divorce Mediations – mediating disputes throughout Palm Beach County, Broward County and Martin County.

In 2013, after eighteen years of litigating in family and circuit courts, Hadas left litigation and pursued her passion of resolving conflict through mediation. She established South Florida Divorce Mediations to assist attorneys and individuals in settling their family law disputes. To date, Hadas has handled over 2,000 family law mediations. She is skilled at developing creative solutions to help individuals and attorneys resolve their cases and has a very high success rate at achieving settlement.

Hadas believes it is much more effective for the parties to evaluate what solutions work best for their unique family dynamics and to resolve their own issues. She is passionate about helping individuals resolve their conflicts through mediation because she knows the stress, costs and uncertainty involved in litigating family disputes. Her goal is for the parties, not the Court, to tailor the resolution of the case, to help individuals save thousands of dollars, and to promote a more positive co-parenting relationship post-divorce.
