About Hadas Stagman

After 18 years of practicing litigation in various areas, Hadas Stagman followed her passion of resolving conflict through mediation and opened her mediation practice – South Florida Divorce Mediations. Her firm focuses solely on resolving family law disputes through mediation. To date, Hadas has handled over 500 family law mediations. She is skilled at developing creative solutions to help individuals and attorneys resolve their cases and has a very high success rate at achieving settlement.
Hadas believes that it is much more effective for the parties to evaluate what solutions work best for their unique family dynamics and to resolve their own issues. She is passionate about helping individuals resolve their conflicts through mediation because she knows the stress, costs and uncertainty involved in litigating family disputes. Her goal is for the parties, not the Court, to tailor the resolution of the case, to help individuals save thousands of dollars and to promote a more positive co-parenting relationship post-divorce.
